Diana is an account manager and controller at CRI. She started working at a mortgage brokerage firm in the early 1980s in Southern California. As a bookkeeper and loan processor, she dealt with various financing structures, from single-family residences to large commercial projects. Diana has worked for CRI for over 38 years as an account manager & controller, performing all aspects of office duties. Diana has been an office manager and controller during Duane Brazil's growing businesses from the beginning and has been a committed part of the CRI team since 1985.

Kevin Koski is the Vice President of Agricultural Land Sales. He received his California Real Estate License in 2001 and has been selling agriculture properties since then. Before CRI, Kevin worked at E&J Gallo Winery in Modesto, focusing on the analytical lab and specialty wines. Later, he worked with the central valley winemaking team at the Livingston Winery. Kevin then worked for Gallo Family Inc. as a viticulture technician, learning about vines, trees, soils, and water issues in the central valley and California. After leaving the winery, Kevin transitioned over to Real Estate, where he worked for CRI in the Agricultural Land Division.

Jesse started with CRI in May of 2022.  He has a B.S. in Business Admin from CSU- Stanislaus with two concentrations- Marketing and Human Resource Management.  He has over 25 years of experience working in the Banking industry.  Jesse worked in 4 of the top banks throughout northern California in positions from teller, new account, loans, operations, and branch management.   Jesse’s role at CRI is in Tenant Relations.  He oversees many of the back-office functions including operation controls, fiscal policies, and titles/ registrations.
