(209) 988-6110 firstname.lastname@example.org
Duane at age 18 founded a farming company that he took from a growing, packing, trucking, and distribution of produce throughout the U.S. and Canada that he operated for 18 years before selling. The company grew into one of the largest of its kind in the U.S. With this, Duane knows what a farmer is looking for in a land transaction. Duane knows the land up and down the central valley, so when a deal comes up Duane can quickly analyze it for a client. With the experience of a farmer on your side and knowing the land and your needs, there is no other choice you have but to use the CRI Ag team for your next purchase or sale.

Kevin Koski - V.P. Marketing for CRI Real Estate Ag Division
Office: 209-322-4552 Ext:108
My name is Kevin Koski. I received my California Real Estate License in 2001 and I have been selling agriculture properties since then. I graduated from Downey High School in 1982 and attended MJC. I went to work at E&J Gallo Winery in Modesto for many years. I started in the analytical lab and eventually worked with specialty wines, where I graded apples and pears, and then the research winery where I made and bottled research wines for management and family tastings. Later, I worked with the central valley winemaking team grading grapes at the Livingston Winery. In addition, I worked for Gallo Family Inc. as a viticulture technician where I learned about vines, trees, soils and water issues up and down the great central valley and our state. I reported to management and the family. After leaving the winery I got my real estate license. I married a beautiful lady named Debbie and have three beautiful daughters. I have been at CRI real Estate Ag Division for many years. We hope to help you with your agricultural real estate needs. Call the CRI Ag Team today.
